Biographical

Sister Francis, a daughter of Holy Cross Parish and acquaintance of Father Daems, joined our Community a year after his death. Her pioneering spirit and missionary zeal earned her five leadership elections. In her 15 years as a leader, the community grew, became financially stable, and expanded its missionary efforts to more schools and parishes. She deeply trusted in God. After her health declined and she was no longer Mother Superior, she died on December 17, 1908.
