Villa Joseph Marie High School being erected with the turning of dirt by Msgr. J Karalius and Sister M Theophila, Superior General. Morrissey was the Contractor. The film continues with the progress made and the blessing of the cornerstone in 1956. The film ends with four graduates leaving Maria Hall.

Construction part II; Ground Breaking Ceremonies of Villa Joseph Marie High School on March 25, 1956; begins with procession of Students, Sisters and guests to the site. Msgr. J Karalius and Sister M Theophila turn the first shovel of dirt. The remainder of the film shows Maple Lane and the arrival of the school bus, the view of the new structure and the Convention of the Sisters of St. Casimir Auxiliary.
