This item is a photo booklet commemorating 100 years of the Gurtweil community/convent. Contains scenic postcard-style images of the village of Gurtweil (dated ~1860), the river valley, and the parish church, along with a set of convent photographs: exterior views of the convent building, the entrance archway, the chapel (exterior and interior), and the grave of Mother M. Augusta Volk. The interior chapel shot shows a Gothic-style altar and pews.
